Mr. Royce is a member of the Everside Senior Advisory Committee. Mr. Royce has been the founder, a portfolio manager and chairman of Royce & Associates since 1972. He has over 50 years of investing experience and he is known as one of the pioneers of small-cap investing. Royce & Associates has $15 billion in assets under management and is located in New York.

Mr. Royce holds an M.B.A from Columbia University and a B.A. from Brown University. He is on the board of directors at of several Royce Funds, TICC Capital Corp., The Frick Collection and the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
